Okay, I was reading another thread that got me thinking, once again, about the Kel-Tec Sub 2000. You see, I am one of those guys who think it is a really good idea to have a rifle/pistol combo that uses the same ammo. It is even better if, in the case of semi-autos, they use the same magazines. Since I own a Glock 23 and a 32 with an extra barrel in 40S&W, the Kel-Tec sub 2000 in 40 S&W is a natural fit. If I had the money, and could find one, I would rather have an olympic AR-15 in 40 S&W with the lower that accepts Glock mags. I don't have the money and they are scarcer than hens teeth. The Kel-tec also has the advantage of being able to fold up and is more light weight.
I know that they have a pretty good reputation for being reliable but, how do they hold up over time? How is the accuracy of these things? I don't need a tack driver, I have plenty of those, but I also don't want another mini -14. So what do you guys who own them have to say. Also, if you have any recomendation for optics I would appreciate it. I would be looking for something like an aimpoint.
