Kid Shoots Foot During Gun Safety Demo

These kids decided to do a video regarding gun safety for a school project. During a pause in taping the student with the helmet-cam sticks the gun in his pocket. His buddies tell him to take it out and as he does he shoots a hole in his foot.

Looks fake to me. Safety off, DA Ruger, he would have to pull pretty hard on the trigger to fire it and why was his other shoe on the ground? I'm not buying it.

God someone please teach these kids how to handle a firearm!! Mods feel fre to move this if it doesn't belong here. I didn't know where to put it.

I don't have sound, so I couldn't hear anything. Did it sound like a gun went off? It looked like the kid stumbled, I would guess and say it might be real...

These guys really need to learn and expedite the rules before ''playing''. Loadsa muzzle sweep initially - then no check for loaded or not - in fact his finger was sometimes very close to trigger.

Oh well - Darwin works in mysterious ways and maybe this'll be the 'heads up or ''toes down perhaps'' for this kid - such that he just might reach old age, without further self abuse or danger to others.

that's 100% fake, but has a good lesson. THe shot is in no way the right sound, and you can see his toes at one point under the gore.

I had another look and yeah - seems very likely a spoof but - still some value in regards to general safety aspects etc.

It's good kids are willing to do this. Hopefully others will watch and remember.
