Kimber 82 Government and Bipods

Hi all,

I have a Kimber 82G from the CMP. Now it is time to look at bipods. I'm interested if anyone has a success story or thoughts. There's a couple of versions available at Champion's Choice and Champion Shooters in the $25 price range that have my attention. These fixed bipods slip onto Anschutz style rails.

Has anyone ever fitted a Harris bipod to a Kimber 82G?

No, but I have one on the H&R M12. Harris makes an adapter that fits the accessory rail. Works fine for F-class practice.
