No, it won't. Unless the ramp is rough enough to remove copper from the jacket, it doesn't effect feeding. Feeding is dependent on geometry, not fine surface finish, and you won't fix bad geometry with a Dremel.

What you certainly can do with a Dremel is oversize the chamber and overcut the throat into the chamber.

Brother no need to get your panties in a bunch, im uploading the videos because i had closed down the old channel. but in reply to your response, this will help aleviatte issues with feeding if you have rounds that stub on your feed ramp, due to rough ramp. and this will not harm anything ask any certified gunsmith. its is actually taught as a simple modification for any weapon as a means to prevent those sort of feeding jams. feel free to research the internet and even find gunsmiths who offer (Reliabilty Service Packages) this is the main thing that is done to the firearm. as far as opening up the throat this is only done typically to 1911 style barrels as they have more of a tendency of encountering the stubbing of rounds entering the chamber, if you notice newly manufactured 1911 already come from factory with thee chamfered chamber mouth, its a slight mod but it does have positive results.
