I guess it's not tactical because it doesn't have the momentary on/off, but this is my favorite EDC pocket flashlight. Long battery life, and very bright. In fact, brighter than my 3 Surefire "tactical" lights (G2, 6P, E1e), and much more efficient.

Collectors Item and safe queen. This is the "Land Rover" of flashlights.

DA, why is it a safe queen for you?

I have a number of lights to work with at this time. Since the Titanium LE is a LE and a gift I thought I would safe it up until I may really need it.

I am still using the Preon II, and Quark Mini CR2 as EDC. The CR2 is on a lanyard with a Buck Smidgen. A buddy and I were hanging about a stream a few weeks back, in the GA Mountains. Having a scotch, and a fine cigar. I broke out the CR and showed him the size...then lit up the woods  he was blown away by the output 180 LOTF of the little fella for its size....he wants one.

Definitely don't forget the CPF8 code when ordering anything from 4Sevens and Fenix. Good for an 8% discount.

10 warranty a plus.

Nem- you made a fine selection. Quark123

On the subject of headlights. My favorite is still the Eveready the vertical adjustment is very helpful..the switch is a bit cheesy but at $13 a new one every couple of years is ok. I tried the Husky and didn't care for it.

Thanks, DA.

So far, I'm quite happy with it, even if I did forget the CPF8 code. :banghead:

It's riding on my belt in the little scabbard. Have used it a bunch already.
