Well I just saw this thread for the first time today.
I still wonder about that camera? Why was that held?
I maintain my NH ccw such as it is. I consider it useless paper, and infringment.
As to NH, it isn't unusual to receive a summons to a court hearing the day after the hearing occurs, via that day's mail.
NH considers driving a privilege, and any out of state plates 90 days old are tabboo. In other words if you visit NH for more than 90 days you need NH tags, but you can't get NH tags unless you are a resident.
In NH you register any vehicals for the entire year whether or not you can use it, ie motorcycles.
In NH if you pop up a shirt like a sail on a kayak you need to have that boat registered, and pass a coastguard safety check to include a fire extinguisher.
The reason I no longer sail this in NH
The Government in NH has plenty of hoopla to go around.
In NH if you make a error when you register a vehical, it takes a note directly from God to get it fixed and if you happened to pay too much when the error was made there is no chance to get any refund.
No longer is this the state where Live Free or Die means a thing. Not that it ever ment live for free of die.
This state in the past 3 decades has been over run with city people from away, and the lastest fees are based on National Forest parking, and taxes if you have a 'view'. That's right a view tax.
About the only thing here for Free is sum "wicket cold' Mista'..
As to private property. I don't think so. More like Govt lease for so long as you pay ever increasing property tax.
These are just some things that may or not lend some quality to the OP.
And last please note that NH is landlocked behind Mass and NY, who refuse to reciprocate, or honor a NH ccw.
I am not judging the OP, one way or another. NH has some serious problems.
