Loading .380 auto

Toprudder, the Bayou Bullets that I'm reloading measure .527". I measured about 10 of them, pretty impressed how consistent they are. 105gr LSWC. Finished loading up two different powder loads, hoping to get someplace to shoot 'em SOON!

Ok, the Extreme .380 100gn RNFP are 0.4335 avg length, substantially less than the Bayou Bullets.

I have loaded my Xtreme 100gr FP at .955" OAL. I loaded my Berry's 100gr RN at .976" at first and then I worked them to .955" as well. I've used Win231 and now use Promo (Red Dot).

Finally got to shoot, the 3.6gr of Power Pistol cycled the gun just fine. The 4.0 worked well also. Don't see any reason to use more powder than necessary. I might check some different loads down the road trying for the best accuracy but for now I think I'll load up a bunch and turn the wife loose.

Using 2.4 grn of Bullseye with a 95grn LRN. Works great in my LCP.

LC 380 here.. CFE works very well!
