Gotta Loadmaster and although, since I replaced the complete primer package, I have to say that I have had perfect results with it. Not a single primer failure. Right???

Well, not. I've ran outta primers 2wice and of course made a few bullets before I caught it.

Since I don't deprime on this, I sided to get one of those "flex neck" flashlights (led) and opened up that little "lid thing" on the bottom of the ram for clearing out the old primers and I run that "hose" up thru the ram (thru the primer empty hole) into the the little "chamber" inside the index block.

Since the "lid thing" is a tight slide fit, it holds the complete "tube" & light perfectly and the whole thing moves with the ram, no flexing (moving) the light, so it stays perfectly located.

You MAY have to cut some clearance in your table mount so the "lid thing' can clear your table on the upstroke. I didn't have to do that.

The light just sits in the empty space just below the index plate and lights up the hole underside of the index plate, directly under the powder drop die and newly indexed shell.

As it indexes around after priming TO the powder drop, IF there isn't a primer in the shell, the light will shine thru the primer hole up into the empty shell casing and you can see it easily BEFORE you plunge powder into a non-primed shell. Of course, IF there is a primer IN the shell, it won't shine thru and it will be dark! Works, 100%!

It IS one more thing to watch for, but so far has given me a newer sense of safety & ease of use......
