Loads For .45 Win. Mag. Wildey

Anyone have some working loads for a .45 Winchester Magnum 230 grain FMJ to shoot from a 10" barreled Wildey?

I found this load but it seems excessive.

22.0 grains of Blue Dot. That's way over what I found in a few loading books.
