(i posted this before in another area) everybody, particularly the nra, screams about the 2A, but before the BOR was ratified, the country was in need of some good ol' CASH, and they needed CUSTOMERS, too!!! how important was this???? in Article1, Section10 it says,(down near the bottom) ".....and no state shall pass....any bill.... or law impairing the obligation to CONTRACTS......" contracts, written or verbal, are MORAL agreements(shudder), so if there exists fraud, criminal conduct or intent, the contract never was(that's a good answer when some lawyer says;"well....well....what about drug deals????" OBviously an A-hole, that most of them are). and citizens are always permitted to sell their PRIVATE PROPERTY, they have that right!!! the "contract" section has stood up in SCOTUS something like 145 times, & in state & federal courts over 1600 times!!! so if someone lies to you & says he can buy your gun, well, they should have registered HIM, and, they need to do their duty & go out & run HIM to ground & incarcerate of execute HIM, not the responsible "taxpayer"(we're not citizens we're customers, taxpayers, residents). as a matter of fact, the law prohibiting the sale of raw(unpasteurized) milk was recently struck down in Colorado(
www.westonaprice.org) using this argument. and, Virginia wineries also were launching a suit against Maryland over the threat that: if they sold cases of wine to folks w/a Md. tag on their cars, Md. would prosecute them. Md. capitulated w/out a trial ever being called to session. and just recently, Md. lawmakers were considering putting a label on cans of foreign crabmeat saying," maryland style", or "not made in maryland" "but were afraid this might raise constitutional" questions or conflicts, i forget the words, but it was an editorial in the evening CRAPITAL, or Md. GAZE-itt. i read it, & i wished i'd SAVED it, but when i called my buddy back two days later w/the bright idea i'd get it, the paper had been thrown out by his wife. this IS important, folks.... they know you can kill 'em w/this tactic, because if they don't give YOU this consideration under the constitution, they can't give it to their buddies, either. they WANT to do business but they don't want you to find out how they control us, they want to pull all kinds of SHADY **** on every one of us, while THEIR guys get the gravy. keep the faith, OAO.
