You could do some shopping and get a savage 10fp w/hsp stock, and get a bushnell elite 3200 10x on it for around 1100.

Here's mine, it's a very accurate (inexpensive $219) MOA rifle...a Mossberg 100 ATR 30-06! I'm not claiming that it is the equal to any of the nice rifles your considering so NO flames from the gun snobs please!
