Wandered across a lyman tmag 2 turret press worth an extra turret for $175. I've been learning on a single stage. Will be reloading 9mm, .44, maybe 7.62x39, and eventually a rifle caliber like 7mm.

Looks new. Should I jump on it or wait for something better?

The TMag is a fairly good press ... just make sure to take the slack out of the turrent head with the bolt in the back ... works well for pistol and small rifle calibers ... for larger cartridges like the .243 W and up including the 7 mm Rem or so ... I would go for a different press ... not saying that it would not work ... just that there are better out there ... for bigger cartridges ....
