M1 Carbine Scope Base

I want to mount a Red Dot scope on my M1 carbine. Anyone now a good way to mount them?

I'm president and chief designer in a company that makes a very easy solution for this. Does that disqualify me as a reliable source of information on it?

Omnivore, if your company makes a product that answers the OP's need, I don't think anyone could fault you for linking to your product.

There's a fellow around here someplace who works (I think) for Knoxx and regularly answers questions and such regarding their products.
