I am told by Peter Rutan that CMP will get another load of 03A3's next March, same basic stuff they already had. I feel CMP prices are high and sets the stage for price gouging on many pieces. I bought from the old DCM once and truly felt fleeced. That is why I went and hunted down other places for them. VFW's, AMVETS, MOPH, Driil Units, Masons (e'tal), ROTC, Nat Guard and so on, often will sell theirs, especially now that they want to goto the M1A and that whole resurgance. Almost every gun shop I have been in to include Cabelas and Bass Pro all have 03A3's hanging around, have seen them from $375 to close to $1000. Not to many 03's around though. Of the 5 major shops around Cleveland here, the burbs, all had 03A3's. Shotgun news is full of em(usually small lil 1x1/2" ads in Sarco and Numrich and others. It all depends on what you want to pay for one and where you are at I guess. If you are looking to steal one or (3) like I did, you will have to do the leg work and negotiate, but really they are out there. Heck I even found a small Burg called Revenna Ohio, The Revenna Civil Defense Committie (yes believe it or not) still has racks of them, I bet 10 racks by 10 or 15 rifles each and in talking to the guy, I am sure they would unload them to get some kind of modern weapons. It will just be how much you want one and how much leg and talking you want to do. This has been actually true for almost any of the old military pieces I have for personal or shop.
