Latest Announcement From Magpul (Good News For CO Residents)

We are proud to announce that within a matter of days we will be going live with a new program. Due to a bill currently moving through the Colorado legislature, there is the possibility that Colorado residents' ability to purchase standard capacity magazines will soon be infringed. Before that happens, and Magpul is forced to leave the state in order to keep to our principles, we will be doing our best to get standard capacity PMAGs into the hands of any Colorado resident that wants them.

Verified Colorado residents will be able to purchase up to ten (10) standard capacity AR/M4 magazines directly from Magpul, and will be given immediate flat-rate $5 shipping, bypassing our current order queue.

Our customers outside of Colorado, please know that our PMAG production will continue at an ever-increasing rate until we do relocate, shipments to our distributors in other states will continue, and that we do not expect relocation to significantly impact PMAG production. We are also aware that Colorado is not the only state with existing or pending magazine capacity restrictions; we are working on programs for other affected states as well.

Full details and instructions will be announced when we are able to go live; please watch here for the coming announcement.

Magpul should do this everywhere and undercut the retailers selling Pmags at two, three or more times retail.

Nice! Hopefully they implement a MN plan as well...

I thought any MN AWB or mag cap ban was dead in the water once it hit the senate. I watched the state senate hearings and they didn't even bring it up.

They are getting their ducks in a row, if it eventually happens, wherever that might be. I don't blame them. Sends a few rattling sabres back in the faces of out of control politicians.

They're also looking to relocate their facilities to a more gun friendly state. Maybe they'll relocate to your state!

Good for Magpul, top notch company! I applaud them for getting as many STANDARD CAPACITY magazines into the Colorado citizens hands! I can wait, I live in Idaho.

IDIOT POLITICIANS!

A two-thumbs way up for Magpul! Sad they're being forced out of State but I hope they sell millions before legislators shut them and the Citizens of Colorado down.

To be fair, they are not being forced out, they are voluntarily relocating due to the ideals of those running the company.

That said, I didn't think I really NEEDED another 10 PMags...but.....

I will purchase my limit of ten and I hope thousands of Coloradoans do the same.

I see it as a thank you and an investment in Magpul as they need a good sendoff to their new home. May they use the profits from my purchase to cover the expense of their move.

I just hope they are offering 10rd and 20rd 223/5.56 Pmags in this campaign. I wish their 6.8 Pmags were available.

Oh ya, now my order will take even longer because absentee voters in Colorado didn't step up to protect their rights.

Of course that begs the question...will crime will go up because Magpul is selling more small injection molded plastic boxes with springs in them to citizens of Colorado???

Your inconvenience is NOTHING compared to the infringement we could experience first hand.

I wish the only effects in my life from Colorado's gun control were delays in getting an order. But the effect here will be infinitely more personal than that.

I dont need anything from them but I might buy something out of support, what an great company.

I, for one, will happily wait a few extra weeks for pmags to help our brothers on the front lines of this battle. Good job, Magpul!
This. Too bad they couldn't pick them up out of state though to not give the satisfaction of getting the sales tax on them in CO (still pay the sales tax in the next state over).
