legal gun owners and the corporations that serve them are among the most honorable people I have ever had the good fortune to know. Local and national governments are alienating the finest people America has to offer

..and please to those in CO, don't just buy mags so you can mark them up 300% and sell them for a quick profit. That's not the point of this exercise.

I, for one, will happily wait a few extra weeks for pmags to help our brothers on the front lines of this battle. Good job, Magpul!
As will I. I think Magpul is leading the way in the Firearms industry and I only hope more will follow suit.

...now my order will take even longer because absentee voters in Colorado didn't step up to protect their rights.

If you can prove that those getting Magpuls in Colorado sat at home during elections, I'd agree. But you can't hold everyone in Colorado responsible for their elected officials.

If you insist on this type of thinking, then YOU (personally) are responsible for the president that we have in the White House right now, and you deserve to have your guns registered, banned, and confiscated. Doesn't seem like such a good attitude when your own faulty logic can be used against you, does it?

To be fair, they are not being forced out, they are voluntarily relocating due to the ideals of those running the company.

That said, I didn't think I really NEEDED another 10 PMags...but.....
I thought the sale and manufacturing would be illegal after the effective date. If that is the case then they are being forced out, unless they change all of their magazines to fifteen rounds and less.

Load them up Magpul! Ship every stinkin' magazine you make to CO residents until the bill dies or passes. I'll wait... luv it!!

No, the bill that passed the house was amended to allow Magpul to stay but they took their stance before the legislature took their vote. I am well aware they were "forced" as a matter of principle only but their word means a lot to some of us and it's still a shame. Anything they can do to help the customers they leave behind is worth the effort.

We are proud to announce that within a matter of days we will be going live with a new program.
This program is getting me wound up. I want to be one of the first in line obviously and I've been spreading this around amongst some gun friends. I wonder if they are going to roll this out whether or not the law is signed and enacted, or if they are going to wait and see if it passes first.

Because if the Senate passes this bill and Hickenlooper lets it die on his desk unsigned, I don't know if they would want to go through the expense and effort of this program because they wouldn't be moving out of state in that case.

When they say 'a matter of days', I wonder if they are waiting to see where this legislation goes before this truly happens or do you all think Magpul will do this regardless?

Good for them get as many full sized mags out the door and into CO hands as possible before they lose the right to buy them.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727

I feel almost inclined to send them a DONATION.
Seriously, let it never be said that Magpul didn't go the extra mile to support the resistance.

I can wait a couple more months. In the mean time...I'm going to sit back and watch the show.

I love it when a company sticks it to The Man! Go Magpul!

I'm in. How about a link for where to watch? I don't see this on their website.

*edit ok, I found it on their facebook.

Magpul is going to get another 10 magazines worth of business from me for this.

Really, good on them.

Not at all. I voted. I'll leave it to you to figure out the difference.

Yeah, and a lot of folks in Colorado voted too... but you felt free to condemn them along with those that didn't. Again, doesn't feel so good when your own logic is used against you, eh?

you felt free to condemn them

Let's take a look:

now my order will take even longer because absentee voters in Colorado didn't step up to protect their rights.

My post indicates that:

(1) Some people in Colorado didn't vote -- a true statement, and
(2) That my order will take longer as a result -- also a true statement.

Nowhere did I condemn or disparage a group of people. Apparently, you object to factual accuracy.

doesn't feel so good when your own logic is used against you, eh?

Problem is, you have used no logic.
