I want to keep this gun related, while simultaneously reminding every THR member in Mass. that this this the biggest time EVER to motivate your friends and family to vote on Tues.

Please, in the spirit of the biggest special election in our nation's history, only Mass. THR members post pics of your guns, which FIGURATIVELY are being used in a modern day Lexington/Concord.

I am especially curious to see the most "evil" guns that Mass. THR members have, since it is such a very anti gun state.

Here's my most evil gun

I fully intend to vote for Brown on Tuesday.

Brown is very good news. Also there's been a 15% increase in Class A LTC's issued in Mass. over the last two years.

Snicker - Brown is a NE RINO "par excellence". But that didn't stop this hardline Confederate sympathizer from sending him $50 - supposedly this week he is raising a million a day from online cross-country contributions.

If he wins on Tues (which is looking more and more likely if you can believe some of the polls) mark my words - I bet he throws his hat into the ring for 2012.

So does anybody have any idea as to where he stands on the 2A or is this just an opportunity to jam a stick in Hussein and break it off?

Remember, the monster you create might have unintended consequences. But that doesn't mean right now I regret sending him my $50. Snicker

From his website...

Gun issues
I support the Second Amendment and believe that citizens have the right to keep and bear arms as a basic constitutional liberty. I support safe and responsible gun ownership.

I'm surprised this thread is still up? With that being said...Brown winning will send a huge message to the bone headed majority in Washington.:cuss:

What do you really think a donation will do for the candidate with just a couple days left? You can do more good for your candidate now by campaigning for him as much as possible. Its too late in the game for money to make much of a difference.

Thanks to the Mass. gun owners who posted pics. Only two THR members who live in Mass. want to post a pic? I think the ghost of Teddy Kennedy needs to see more Massachusetts citizens posting pics of their guns, all the way through Tuesday night, as his seat is lost to a pro gunner. :p Amirite?

I think that we are all unified in our hope that Mr. Brown does well. Should he be elected the Democrat liberals in Washington will have a real problem that goes beyond firearm issues because it appears he is against almost everything president Obama is for. It will also put a dent in their 60 member majority that is sometimes necessary to prevent Republicans from stopping way-to-the-left legislation and out of control spending.

Well it seems that the Democrats are worried enough to send in their biggest gun - the Big O himself. This is yet another reason for our side to get out "our vote." Clearly a lot more then guns are involved:

Obama puts prestige on line for Senate candidate

BOSTON (AP) — His agenda potentially imperiled by the outcome of a close Senate race, President Barack Obama was set to lend his prestige to Democrat Martha Coakley, whose effort to succeed the late Massachusetts Sen. Edward Kennedy has gone from shoo-in to nail-biter.

Obama and Coakley planned to appear together at a Sunday afternoon rally at Northeastern University in Boston.

It was the latest and highest profile assist for Coakley, the state attorney general facing a strong challenge from Scott Brown, a Republican state senator.

Coakley campaigned Saturday with Kennedy's widow, Vicky, who has also appeared in a television ad for Coakley. On Friday thousands attended a rally for Coakley headlined by former President Bill Clinton and the state's senior senator, John Kerry.

Even in Massachusetts, a solidly Democratic state represented by the proudly liberal Kennedy for 47 years, Brown has been riding a wave of populist anger over Obama's proposed health care reform plan, taxes, and government spending. A mere blip in the polls until recently, Brown has captivated Republicans and many independents by his promise to slow the Obama agenda in Washington.

Polls show the race too close to call for Tuesday's special election.
Campaigning Saturday, Coakley called Obama's visit "pretty cool" but said it didn't indicate her candidacy was in trouble.

"I don't think he has to come, I think he wanted to come. He was excited to come," Coakley told reporters. "Who wouldn't want the president of the United States campaigning for her in a historic race?"

Since taking office a year ago, Obama's track record for helping other Democrats hasn't been stellar. He campaigned hard for New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine who ran for re-election last year and in Virginia for Creigh Deeds, the Democratic nominee to replace outgoing Democratic Gov. Tim Kaine. Both lost.

The president was also rebuffed after making a high profile pitch for his home city of Chicago to host the 2016 Olympics. After traveling to Copenhagen last fall to personally make the city's case, the International Olympic Committee rejected Chicago's bid on the first ballot.

Nonetheless, the joint appearance by Obama and Coakley is in many ways marriage of a necessity.

Coakley is depending on his star power to boost Democratic turnout, particularly among blue collar and minority voters who might not be motivated to vote. And Obama, whose political muscle has weakened amid the still struggling economy and his push for a controversial health care package, will see much of his legislative agenda threatened if Coakley loses.
If elected, Coakley could be the 60th vote to end GOP filibusters. Brown tells voters he looks forward to becoming "the 41st vote" to block the president's initiatives.

Campaigning Saturday, Brown appeared unconcerned about Obama's visit.
"I hope he has a safe trip and enjoys himself and has a good trip looking around a great state," Brown said.

During Obama's appearance, Brown planned to campaign in Worcester, a blue collar city in central Massachusetts.

OK, since it appears we just don't have enough MA gun owners who have pics of their guns, in order to keep this thread open, let's post pics of our guns that were MADE in MA.

we still have kerry though he needs to go next i dont have any pictures of my guns but the most evil one i own is a sks not verey impressive.

im hopeing we can do some kind of reform in this state with the licenseing laws to remove the awb and make it so you only need a ccw to carry not have a gun in your own home

As a Ma. resident , I'm very happy about Browns victory, but we're still stuck with Coakley as our A.G.

Sooooo I think I'll post pics of a small sample of the guns that our A.G., and losing Senatorial Candidate doesn't have on her "approved" list.
