I just bought a Henry steel frame 45 Colt carbine in November.
Haven't been able to shoot it due to recent rotator cuff surgery.
Nice looking rifle!

1942farmall : That's a very appealing rifle.
A friend has a similar Henry rifle which I hope to try out. Maybe some are chambered in 41 or such "Long Colt" ?

Can you go out with somebody else who can try yours out, or does that take some of the fun out it?

I've never owned a revolver, lever-action or a shotgun. If you are near west TN, just "holler" for assistance.

Those are awesome, but so pretty, If I had them I don't know if I would take them out and shoot them! I might have to get a knock around Black Hawk or S&W for range fun!

Oooh they will be shot! ! they are 1964 Gen 2’s and probably never been shot or handled much. I’m getting a El Paso cowboy belt and holster and will be loading them with Black Powder!
