A few salient points here.
First and foremost is the fact that i had nothing at all to do with the development of this course.
It was the result of 2MEF SOTG Instructors who upgraded the previous MP5 Course to M4 level.
I use it because it is a good test of skillsets.

Second- XDkingslayer. Before you go making noise, you need to get a grasp on reality.

It is called the MEU(SOC) Qual Course. It was administered by the SOTG.
This is the name of it, by the Marine Corps.
To take it a step further, while Force was the only user of the MEU(SOC) pistol, the attached EOD Marines used M9 pistols.
They were not Force, but FSSG guys.
And, the Trailer Platoon - taken from hide, ran it with M16A2's/ A4's.
The Force Platoon was part of the Command Element of the MEU.
They conducted both DA and Greenside missions. The MEU(SOC) Course was a requirement by the MEU and the FBI to permit them to conduct training off base.

Because you did not do or see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Because you have feelings about something does not mean it doesn't exist.

For more, go to the Force Recon Association website and read "Strong Men Armed".
It may further educate you.

yes good to see you here sir Pat. thanks for setting the record straight on the issue. I look foward to training with you in the future. you are definetly on my list!

Shot this today after I could finally get out to the range. 88 for the rifle, and 93 with pistol. Using my 16" RRA w/ an EoTech, and my G34. I don't have a timer, and the targets I had handy have a more generous A zone then an IPSC target. W/ a timer and an IPSC target I probably would have scored around a 70-75 with both weapons. Good stuff, great COF to work a lot of different things.
