The "pouch" is a tight fit in the loops and is a booger to get in there. You just about have to fold it in half to get it in there. Even though I put three or four coats of extra virgin olive oil on it before it's finished, the leather is still very stiff. Plus the skirt is dampened and the fold hammered into a crease that stays once it dries. It seems like it would be easy to pull loose until you actually try to. No need for any hidden stitches to keep it in place.
 
I have to say that is the best coloring of leather I've ever seen and some very good leather working! Do you make holsters for sale?
 
I am curious as I do not work in leather. Approximately how many hours go into making a rig like that? I imagine the tooling alone is time consuming let alone the actual forming of the leather. Really nice! Thank you for sharing.:)
 
Very, very nice. What's the guesstimate on how many hours you have in it?
