My favorite came from a show about aircraft carriers. I think it was called Steel City At Sea, or something like that.

Anyway, a deck operations guy said when he grabbed his left fist with his right hand (over top, like you're catching a punch) and then pulls them apart rapidly, it means "Get your head out of your a** or you're gonna get killed!"
