I sit here at my computer in wichita kansas, waiting for yet another tree to fall on my house. That is not my greatest concern, however. At christmas, I gave a finnish mosin to my best friend as her first rifle. This gun was in good condition with the exception of the missing extractor. I told my friend of this problem when I gave her the gift and she understood. I also told her not to worry because there was a gun show coming up and gunshows have everything...boy was I wrong. The 3 vendors that normally carry parts for older, non-US military arms were MIA at the gunshow! Needless to say I have one very hacked female friend on my hands here and I fear for my safety. At 6'1" and 220 I am not a small customer but she is a psycho soccer player, last time I snuck up behind her and applied tickle power she dropped me like a sack of potatoes!! :what:

If anyone has a mosin bolt face with an extractor, a seperate extractor or a whole bolt they would be willing to part with, please let me know, I am more than willing to pay.

Just for the record, as revenge, she got me into paintball this weekend and I used my gunshow money on a new paintball gun. For some reason her favorite target is the softer parts of the human anatomy. Pease help me, I need to appease her!!!

TAPCO seems to be running out of anything Russian-related including Mosin stuff, AK stuff, SKS... last time I recall seeing an extractor for a Mosin there must've been about a year ago.

Try here, as this is the cheapest place I can currently find. A friend's Mosin is also missing an extractor... :(

Wonder why they all seem to be disappearing at once. :uhoh:

Hey, if it helps - Depending on the condition of her mosin, I might be willing to trade a fully functional 1942 Russian M91/30 for hers. I work in Wichita.
