First off, I know you get what you pay for but I thought I would give this mossberg a try just to see, and here is what I found. First it is extremely stiff to open and close, but this is to be expected and will ease up after break in. Second, The trigger is very heavy. The internals had a lot of burs left from machining.
Problem three (but big problem one) one of the retainer bolts for the comb adjustment was so tight from the factory that with the allen wrench supplied the head started to strip. I changed to a better fitting bit and still would not budge. I took the plate off and came at the nut from the back with heat and penetrating oil and finally got it, but that was ridiculous.
Problem four (and the biggest one) As i was fighting with the bolt, I called Mossberg and was told I could send it in, and I asked since this was a simple part could they send me a new one (and I offered to pay for it) in case I damage this one, they said they do not have parts as this is an imported gun. They asked me to send pictures, you can see the damage to the screw head and the ring on the pate from how tight it was originally in the pictures. After getting it loose and working I did send pictures to illustrate there was an issue I asked to buy a set of firing pins and a set of hammer springs and again told No parts were available.

So essentially if there is a problem it is as good as a paperweight. I know it is an imported gun but you would think they would at least be able to source the basic parts. Would highly recommend against this gun.
