Indigenous people of Taiwan may use muzzle loading to hunt with. Private firearm ownership is illegal except the indigenous may have muzzle loaders. They appear to be all in-line of domestic make. Got 40 min?
At 9:45 we see Mr. Lin making a gun. The Pakistanis who have a long tradition of making firearms are much more skilled. Instead of being screwed or pinned in, the barrels are welded onto the receiver and they use a 22 nail gun cartridge as the propellant for the 40 cal (10 mm ball).
