Looks like a nice farm gun. Mine is an M77 Compact in .223. There is something very utilitarian about a short bolt gun in .223.
I've had my eye open for a predator I believe it is, with an 18" bbl. If I came across a deal on the 16" I would probably spring for it. I've had a short compact 5.56 bolt gun on my mind a long time. 4+ years and still no luck!
Are these a DIY add on part or do ya have to send your bolt to them to do this oversized handle install?now all you need is to pick out one of these

Did you put one on yours? If so I'd like to see how it looks. That being said, currently I don't see the necessity or the possible benefit. Am I missing something?
Does it also mitigate the tendency of the bolt handle to ride up when traipsing through the woods, etc.... I'm in the habit of periodically palming the bolt downward even if it's all the way down because of this, It's become such a habit I even do it with locking bolts.this is the one on my 308;

I put a different one on my 5.56, but I like this one better. the much longer handle gives you better leverage working the bolt, making it easier to operate. the much larger handle is easier to operate, as well. plus, it looks good. the first time I worked it, I was like " oh **** yeah!) night and day difference

That's one thing I don't care for on these economy rifles, the bolt handle migrating upward out of battery.....
easy DYI. they send the little wedge with it. just need a pair of snap ring pliers.
