sevt-chevelle:

My first Czech gun was the excellent CZ-82.

Next was a P-01 which had seen 10,000 rds. with the previous owner.

Sold it but regretted it, then bought the nib PCR…..and a year later the nib VZ-58 rifle !

Did any of you all notice anything out of the ordinary with my P-09?

As the owner of a Suppressor-Ready P-07, I have to respectfully disagree regarding these stock suppressor-height night sights.

Frankly, they are excellent sights for a defensive pistol like this, suppressed or not. Very visible in all lighting conditions and more durable than adjustable sights.

Honestly, as I think back through the many pistols I own, they may be some of the best stock sights for the application.

To each his own.

The adjustable fiber-optic sights on my Shadow 2 are quite excellent as well, and well suited to its more competition orientation.

Just saying I don't believe CZ sold the 07/09 with the plus 2 ext.

My P-07 definitely came new from the factory with +2 baseplate extensions (17 rd total) on the magazines.
