A blatant plug for an ICORE match. I could've put this in the Competition sub-forum, but I figured this would reach more revolver shooters here...
I just shot my first ICORE match over the weekend at Caswell Ranch. Take it from this noob that this was a whole lot of fun and a terrific venue for those interested in shooting ICORE, or those who've been meaning to try some match shooting with their revolver.
No fancy gamer gun required, though if you have one, by all means bring it. There's a division for whatever you have. If you don't have many (or any) speed loaders, no sweat - the good folks who attend the match bring extra and will likely be able to set you up with some loaners.
NC wheel gunners are very lucky to have a local ICORE match available to them, so if you have a revolver, and want to shoot with some other friendly revolver shooters, c'mon out. Dean and Beverly are great hosts and organize a very relaxed & friendly but challenging match.
