According to the news, LB77 has passed the 3rd and final vote and is headed to the governor's desk for signature.
Bless Tom Brewer, he has fought long and hard for this!

Which could be of interest for a discussion in Legal as to whether this new bill includes or dis-includes items like new or changed Prohibited Areas; new signage for unlicensed carry, and the like. Also, if the bill, like Florida's has a bunch of new gun crimes hidden in within it.

April 26 at 1400 central time Gov. Pillen has scheduled a signing. It will take effect 90 days after the unicameral is done.

The bill was signed into law moments ago and will take effect 90 days after this legislative session is finished or around September 10.
