need help with an iver johnson sight blade

I lost the rear sight blade for my iver johnson 67 viking 22 top break revolver. Apparently this happens a lot because there are none available to buy. I sure would appreciate it if someone could post some pics and dimensions. I have a buddy that says he can make one. Thanks in advance for any help.

I did a quick search for "iver Johnson diagram" and got a lot of hits with a lot of images. Parts breakdowns, etc. Good luck.

Just make it and be done. Have him do a spare while he's at it.

That should be an easy part to make. It is just a flat piece of steel that has opposing screws to hold it in. Windage adjustment is by loosening one screw and tightening the other. About 20 minutes with a hacksaw and file should do it.
