Need info on Marstar Precision Optics Scopes

Came across this in my search for a scope. It is for a 17hmr rifle and was wondering if it is any good? Any user feedback would be great. I am mainly looking for a silver finished scope, 4-16x power with illuminated reticle. Any other suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks
