If you can get past Ron Kuby's politics, he is a very competent criminal defense attorney, and as far as I know, he still takes cases. If you can't get a listing for him, there is an email link for him at the WABC radio website.

Well, you learn something new, here, everyday. I had been told by a multiple police officers that butterflies were "gravity" knives. Just goes to show you how confusing the laws are, and that even the cops don't always know what they're talking about.

Ron Kuby is a good lawyer. Anyone who lives in NY and listens to 770 WABC in the mornning has listened to him speak. Big time liberal- but a great criminal defense attorney.
