New CZ Scorpion issue?

Bought a new CZ Scorpion Evo. The charging handle is very tight. Very difficult to chamber a round. Are they all tight like this? The bolt release is also very tight.

Will it loosen up? Is this a problem? Have not tried firing it yet.

I have heard of one person who said the charging handle was so stiff it took both hands to operate it. Mine was stiff, but that's to be expected on a blow back pistol...but it was never THAT stiff. Call 1-800-955-4486 in the morning and speak to Parts/Gunsmith about this. They may want to bring it in for a warranty repair. I'm thinking they will.
