Well went to the local gun shop this weekend and ended up meeting silent one from the forum. And after some chit chatting he is a very nice guy. Found out he makes 1911 grips out of blood wood. And received a pair from him they are very nicely made grips nice looking also. Feel very nice on the gun look even better. Anyway here is the pic. And thanks again Silent one.

I also got a pair of grips from him and put them on my SW1911. Very nice craftmanship. It takes a week to make one pair.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm planning on making some from black walnut, rosewood,ribbonwood, ebony, teak, and other exotic wood very soon.

thanks again,

good luck, and be safe.

SILENT ONE

I really cannot wait to see some of the other ones you will be making. Anyone looking for some grips contact him it will be worth it. :D

As a matter of fact, my friend silent one is a
very fine craftsman; and one out-standing, fine
person. I too have a set of his "bloodwood" grips;
but I'm currently without a weapon to display them
on. Hopefully, this will change soon?

Best Wishes,
