7.5" fighter with the earlier pieces I picked up a couple of years ago.

Hand forged 1095, spalted maple, nickel silver guard.

The balance is on the front edge of the guard (IOW, it is very lively in the hand).

The 5" and 7" are maple, but the 5 is flame maple and the 7 if spalted.

The 5" is as lively as the 7" (or should I say the 7 is as lively as the 5).
