NEW: North Dakota Senate passes bill extending permitless carry to non-residents send to governor

Florida may have (as of July, that is).
Reading the new law's language, out of state people with the same qualifications as a FL resident for permitless carry, might be legit.

Now, how that will work in actual practice will remain to be seen. Especially as the "up front" reading is that, just like now, having the out-of-state LTC (w/ FL reciprocity) is wanted.

But, good on Montana.

What is the read on the Governor signing it?
We do Constitutional Carry down here in AZ, any US citizen may carry whatever legal weapon(s) you want to carry openly or concealed, blade, gun, dirk or cannon, all good. Even lawfully owned NFA items are OK.

It's good that North Dakota is catching up with Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas (and many other states) allowing visitors the same rights as residents.
