I was browsing at MyMoneyBlog.com (http://www.mymoneyblog.com/archives...on-payment-system-and-25-bonus-promotion.html) when I came across a new electronic payment method, i.e. an alternative to Paypal. It's called revolutionmoneyexchange (https://www.revolutionmoneyexchange.com/).
The terms of service are pretty straightforward. You don't receive interest on your balances, but it's cheaper than Paypal. The account agreement doesn't preclude categories of purchases (i.e. it doesn't say "no guns") so it might make a good method to use in the Buy-Sell-Trade area.
Oh, and they seem to be giving out $25 just for signing up, although I haven't tried that yet.
