Maybe..

Here's a picture of a Springfield SAOperator with what I believe are laser grips, but who makes them, Crimson Trace?, I don't know, along with if the grips are the same size as the EMP's grips.
Find out if the grips are the same size, and you may well have your laser.

PS.. Quote: Is there a manufacturer out there that has "internal lasers" for the EMP.
Maybe "Laser Max" builds an "internal laser" for the front main spring housing, but I'd try and steer ya clear of getting one of those, as they "change" the **spring pressure/distance, along with an internal "wire-run" to an exterior, on-off switch, that may require you drilling a small hole in your frame to mount the switch.
**1911's depend totally on "timing" and changing the return spring, either in length, or pressure, in the slightest, can cause a timing issue, otherwise, some sort of jam/s, just so you know.
Also, having one of Laser Max's rail mounted laser's for my Beretta Px4, I, and many others, have had continued problems with them, going dim, or off, because of a recoil effect on the on-off switch, where as, with my Sig P229 CT 9mm, with Crimson Trace laser grips, like the picture above, same style, I have had NO problems with that laser, nor does recoil have any effect on the laser, or the on-off button, which you just hold down with a light force of one finger and it's on until you let off the pressure and it's off, at will, every time, while maintaining a proper 2-hand grip.. KEY
If you really want to go with a laser for your EMP, I strongly suggest getting a Crimson Trace, or who ever makes a "laser grip" like it, like the one above in the picture.. They WORK!! 100% without any problems with recoil, no internal wire-runs with some kind of external on-off switch, which may, or may not, be usable, quickly, while maintaining a proper 2-hand grip.. KEY IMHO.
One other note: with my rail mounted laser, on my Beretta, I have to sacrifice a proper 2-hand grip to turn it on, even worse, to turn it OFF (with my trigger finger) in order not to be a beacon of light, (keeping the laser on, too long) leading a BG's eyes/gun back to me, as opposed to the CT laser grips, you can light the BG up, fire, and let the pressure off the on-off button, at will, as not to leave it on too long, while having, using, "a proper 2-hand grip.." KEY
They're wonderful, trust me, as with my Sig P229R CT 9mm, I have fired 2600 rounds without ANY failures of both, the gun or the laser, whenever I have activated it, for the last 8 months, on the same set of batteries, to-date, with a strong, bright, long, beam, every time.
