Can I complain about the S&W lock there?

What if I'm the second person to mention the S&W lock? Do I get to watch what happens to the first person?

(Also, what is the S&W Lock? Scrubbing and wiping? Screaming and whinning? Spanking and whipping? And why do any of these things to a lock?)
