Hi everyone. Found what I believe to be a good deal on Berretta on a local forum tonight and jumped all over it. Berretta 92f with 5 magazines, all berretta..i believe. All are made in Italy 3 are marked MDS and 2 are marked Law enforcement use/Government Use. Date stamp is AP and after reading the difference between regular 92f's and m9's it appears to be an early M9, but I have no clue as far as that goes. Anywho, it's in pretty good shape and can't wait to get it to the range. Oh and the best part, got it for shy of $400. This is my first and I really bought it on a whim and did little to no research on it...which is unlike me, but yeah, hopefully i faired okay. Anyways, here's a picture or two!
If anyone has any insight to the markings that'd be cool.

Nice gun, I've got one on my list for buying eventually! Around here, you got a good deal, but you got a good deal as long as you like what you got anyway.

Nice addition and you got a good deal on it. If you decide you don't like it I'll take it off your hand. A Beretta 92 is on my short list just haven't come across the right deal at the right time yet. Enjoy it!

AP = 1986 manufacture

PSF = Smokeles Powder Proofmark

The other symbol is the Gardone Proof House

MDS is the manufacturer of the magazine. A company owned by Beretta

The date and the LE legend on the magazine indicate that it was manufactured when new magazines were limited to 10 rounds
