I'm another who will suggest that you get a good beam scale, instead of digital. A set of check weights is a must.
Good calipers are a joy to use. Cheap digital will have you guessing.
Buy an Ohhaus Scale, and spend the money you save on Starrett Calipers.
I don't like Lee dies. I use many Lee products, but don't like their dies. I use mostly RCBS dies, with a few Lyman dies in the mix.
For the straight wall cases, you want to spend a few bucks more on carbide resizing dies. Fewer stuck cases. I lube the cases, even though it's not required, to make the task easier. I just use a Lanolin based spray lube with my carbide dies. For non-carbide dies, I use Lee Case Lube.
Get, or build, a good sturdy work bench, and bolt everything down. You don't want any flex, or movement in your press.
Don't be afraid to ask questions.
There are many sources for used brass. I'd do an internet search, and check them out.
For trimming cases, I like the Lee Case trimmer. It's cheap, cuts concentric to the bore, and simple. It is a bit slower to use. It just works for me, but most of my reloading is straight wall taper crimp, so I don't do much trimming.
