There is a new Sheriff in town (litterally), and his policy seems to be no sign-off on NFA applications. So, I have setup the appropriate trust, and I've filed my first ever, non-individual Form 1. My question is this...
When I get my tax stamp back, what info do I need to have engraved on the gun? When I did my individual SBS, I had my name and address engraved on the magazine tube, but how do things differ if I'm using a trust?
If it makes a difference, I specified that I would be adding "additional data appearing on the firearm" (the name of my trust).
So do I still need to put my address, etc on it somewhere?
