The Governor might not "back down", but just like THAT SAF gets a temporary injunction from the District Court and shuts down her temporary suspension of the 2A in NM.
What's the Circuit situation? Recall that in NY and WI (I think - duh), TROs were granted on the CCIA and AWB but the Circuits put them back in for an endless delay. Now the AG doesn't support her but she probably could get some lawyer to go to her Circuit.

News report I saw (sorry, don't remember where) quoted some things her lawyers said, they are morons at least as bad as she herself.

Just looked it up, NM is in the 10th circuit, I don't know anything about them, I know the 5th is good for 2A and the 2nd and 9th are horrible. Being that NM is right next to TX I was hoping they were in the 5th.

I'd like to start seeing some more noise being made about those free-wheeler politicians perjuring themselves by violating their oaths of office.

Of course, with most of a State's Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches locked into this free-wheeling criminal activity, it's just a dream.

What's the usual penalty for perjury anyway?

We could play the same "Accusations are cheap, defense is expensive" game.
