None toxic None Steel Shot?

Was asked to go goose hunting and i really only have older 2 3/4" shotguns. like 1914 remington model 11 with full choke.

what are the alternatives? i reload shotgun shells so i guess if thats cheaper.. only thing i find is like 160+ dollars of shot for around 70 loads. that is insanely expensive. i could reload a 50 bmg for less than the cost of a shotgun shell loaded with bismuth

Heavy shot classic doubles may be your best bet. Expensive though.

Bismuth shot used to be available, I'm not sure it's is sold commercially anymore though. That would be fine through a full choke.

Eta: Cabelas sells Rio bismuth loads.
