But, I noticed MidwayUSA.com has the Polycase polymer/powdered copper bullets that NovX uses in these cartridges on Clearance.

I guess Midway must have found that the bullets weren't big sellers.

Also, if you watch the video on their web site, they claim the NovX at 1,710 fps is the "fastest, most lethal 9mm round on Earth!" Unfortunately, the 50 grain 9mm round from Liberty Ammunition has actually been chronographed at nearly 2,000 fps. And, as for the lethality claim, can we assume they have some dead bodies shot with NovX bullets in a freezer somewhere to back that up?

And, finally, I will point out that their video uses clay blocks for comparison rather than the more widespread ballistic gel block. Why? In either event the same criticism that would be leveled against the ballistic gel is applicable to clay; the human body is not a homogenous block of gel or clay.
