There has not been any proof of "misuse" of money by WLP. The information that Ollie "The Rat" North released was embarrassing and misleading but if it was approved by the BoD does not mean it was illegal or improper. If you bother to read the letter in Post #163 you will see that WLP clothing allowance was "discontinued some time ago;"
The NRA is not bankrupt. Billionaires like Bloomberg and corrupt State Officials in New York State are trying to bankrupt it.
I will ask you this one simple question:
Since you want WLP removed from the NRA what person do you want hired to replace him?
It is easy to throw hand grenades but assuming you are a NRA member you should be coming up with solutions.
p.s. Since membership in the NRA is entirely voluntary you are not forced to a member of a "dictatorship" organization. You can resign or refuse to join at any time without fear of being put in front of a fired squad.
It is my observation that every time there is a scandal of any sort discussed on the internet, there are always those ready to "hang the crook right now"; never mind waiting for
all the facts to come out. No matter the forum, we don't have time to wait and get it right the first time.
I'm just as anxious as everyone else to resolve
this problem, but it has been my experience, that best results are always obtained after a
thorough investigation is conducted and the
truth of the matter is ferreted out.

It is Bloomberg's (and others) agenda to destroy any opposition to
their goal of total gun control and NRA, as the oldest, most effective and most feared by socialist leaning politicians is squarely in their sights. Other than pouring millions of dollars of his
personal wealth into his campaign against the 2A, divide and conquer is the most effective tool in his quiver and we are simply falling for this old tactic at a very critical time when $$$ are needed so badly to help hold the presidency and senate in the run-up to 2020.
I, for one, plan to continue to support NRA, as I have as an active NRA member for the past 67 years, with my efforts and the $$ that I can
while the investigation continues and any guilty parties are removed, which they will be. If WLP is guilty of playing fast and loose w/NRA funds, I'll be at the front of the line shouting for justice, in the meantime, I'll be sending a check when able.
