Ohio- Preemption would work better if it had teeth

Not that this case matters much since it is a local bump stock ban, which will soon be Federally illegal, but you have to wonder what these morons in city council are thinking when they vote on something like this. All they did was cost the cost the City money in attorney fees on the losing side of State preemption.
Good to see that the courts quickly stopped this nonsense.
