Well gentlemen, it didn't take much convincing. I have a SIG on the way and should arrive at my FFL tomorrow. I'll post pics of it as soon as I can. Thanks all for the pics.
Since we're talking about Sigs, I have a 229, 9mm, which I dearly love (I carry it everyday). My question; I hear alot about the 226, but what's the difference between the 226, 229, and say a 220? I also have a new Sig pro 2340 in .357. It's grips are slightly less comfortable, not having a carved out spot for your thumb like the 229. Other than that it's also a great gun.

I pretty much resisted Sigs for years as being the "in" gun. Well for $369 I couldn't pass up the used P228 I bought from CDNN. It came in great shape and is a very reliable and accurate shooter. Something just feels right about it, and I find myself carrying it more often than I thought.
I am pretty ambivalent about Sigs personally, but I have said it twice before and I will say it again, that certified pre-owned program is genius, and it is enough to get me to at least think about a Sig. Fine pistols, just not my cup of tea.
