this is one of the first stories I have seen about a CCW holder using their handgun in a criminal manner. It would be interesting to see the eventual outcome.

I read the expanded version of this story yesterday in my local paper. Her CCW has been temporarily suspended, and she faces permanent revocation, even if she is not criminally liable. Good to hear because one bad CCW incedent gives all CCW holders a bad name, and the antis more ammo.

She's a dumba$$ who doesn't rate the news story. In the mean time the hundreds of folks who used thier firearm to prevent a crime without firing a shot are ignored on all channels.
