Owned a hawk hp9 for years

They are a great gun for the money. Im assuming most people that don't own one are the people making negative comments. I have never had an issue with mine. I ended up specializing mine for hunting. Its a tough durable gun. 870 barrel, stock, turkey choke, fiber optic sights.... cool gun.

Mine is equipped with a Knoxx SpecOps stock for the Remington 870 -- fits perfectly.

Really? Thats awesome. Do they make a cammo stock?

How about a rifled barrel?

I just ordered one ($219 OTD) from my FFL - I was looking at an 870 Express but it was 275 and had the short, smooth barrel with rifle sights. The wise folks here talked me out of it and saved me doh, the only problem is the pardner is flat back, not an issue but for turkey season I want to cover it up or chage to a cammo stock, preferably with a pistol grip.

I had to make a metal spacer to fill the gap between the barrel mount and barrel. The stock is a remington shurshot. Was an easy job. Once the spacer was in it locks up perfectly. I have mine set up for coyotes and turkeys. Put on the truglo globe sights. Its a nice gun. The barrel is a wingmaster.
