Pedersoli Le Page Single Shot .32 cal, Loading Data Please

Hi I have just purchased a second hand Pedersoli Le Page Single Shot Percussion Muzzle Load Pistol .32 cal. This is my first black powder gun, I usually shoot ISSF pistol events rim and centrefire so am very new to black powder. From what I have read you have to work out what loads are the most accurate for you, but I was wondering if you could give me some starting data for 25m target competitions, Could you let me know:
*Best grade of Black powder
*Grains of powder
*Cap size and brands you reccomend
*Best Ball size please

I would say you have a what is called a 31 caliber. Use a .307-.308 dia. round ball patched with .010 thick patch lubed with water,
or spit. Use Swiss No. 1 powder. Charge 10-12 grains. Caps RWS 1075. Hope this helps. Good Luck

The Pedersoli manual lists powder charges as being from 10 - 30 grains, with a .308 round ball and a .007 patch.
